Its five pillars of forestry, bio-energy, sawmill technology, wood machining and carpentry make the INTERNATIONAL TIMBER FAIR from 30 August to 2 September 2012 the most important platform for the industry in Central and Southeast Europe. HOLZ&BAU, the new trade exhibition for timber construction, will be held for the first time simultaneously with the timber fair. The highlights of the programme 2012 include the revamped "Forestry and Timber Innovation Forum", the "Federal Timber Construction Meeting" and the "Timber Construction Forum".

KÄRNTNER MESSEN are again inviting representatives from specialist media to come to Klagenfurt for the "European Journalists Forum" from 29 to 31 August 2012.
